Compensation:

$65,000 – $95,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and shepherd candidates through hiring processes. The role partners with hiring managers to fill roles thoughtfully — focused on candidate experience and quality of hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define what great looks like
- Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists
- Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback
- Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health
- Champion candidate experience throughout the process
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bias for proactive candidate engagement and white-glove experience
- Comfort with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology
