Salary: 3,000,000COP + 249,900 Transportation assistance

Job Description
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent Caregivers for the organization.
This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
The Recruiter will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Skills:
-English C1
-Experience Proven experience as a Recruiter (1 year minimum in the HOMECARE industry)

Responsibilities:
-Design and Implement Recruitment Strategies
-Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the organization's staffing needs.
-Source Candidates Use various channels such as job boards and employee referrals to find potential candidates.




-Screen Resumes and Applications Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
-Conduct Interviews Perform initial phone screens and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-Extend Job Offers Prepare and extend job offers to select candidates via Auris.
-Onboard New Hires Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
-Maintain Recruitment Records Keep detailed records of recruitment activities.
-Provide regular reports to management of KPIs.
-Build Talent Pipelines Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
-Stay Updated on Industry Trends Immigration processes in the US (training will be provided).
