We are seeking a high-impact Recruitment Coordinator to lead our talent acquisition efforts while remaining active in the recruitment process. This role is a hybrid of team leadership and hands-on execution, requiring a professional who can manage a dedicated recruitment team while personally driving candidate selection to meet our growth targets.
In this position, you will be directly responsible for the team’s output, ensuring all recruitment cycles align with our high standards and specific security requirements. You will serve as the primary bridge between the recruitment team and the client, ensuring deadlines are met and data is managed with absolute precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Accountability: Manage the recruitment team’s daily activities, ensuring all members are aligned with company goals and consistently reaching their deadlines.
- Active Recruiting: Maintain a hands-on role in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates for specialized positions.
- KPI & Result Delivery: Closely follow, track, and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs), taking full responsibility for the team's overall success and results.
- Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment spreadsheets and tracking tools to ensure real-time accuracy and transparency of the hiring pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Attend and contribute to client meetings, providing professional updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and strategic wins.
- Process Oversight: Ensure the team strictly adheres to operational protocols, including the successful completion of background and police checks for all candidates.
