We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Expert to join our team with In Colombia. In this role, you will drive consultative B2B sales within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on vaccines and medical solutions. You’ll manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers and institutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and negotiations.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with medical professionals and institutions.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent international education).
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical B2B sales or medical-related experience (other pharma experience considered).
- Preferred: field sales experience in vaccines, virtual or inside sales, and ~5+ years in pharma.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).




- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
