This senior leadership role is focused on shaping and scaling high-impact professional learning experiences that improve mathematics teaching and student outcomes across multiple districts and school systems. You will lead the design of multi-year learning strategies that translate research, data, and instructional goals into coherent and scalable professional development programs for educators and school leaders. The role carries significant strategic responsibility, ensuring alignment across curriculum, leadership development, facilitation practices, and assessment systems. You will oversee a team of design leaders while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure implementation quality and system-wide coherence. This position blends instructional expertise, systems thinking,
