USD $1,500 – $2,500/month depending on experience and demonstrated output

Fully remote — India preferred; open to other locales, must be able to work at least EST hours; strong English communication required

Python, LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI, n8n or Make, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Vapi or similar voice AI (preferred)

Role Overview

US-based operations and virtual assistant company serving wellness and fitness businesses is building the operations infrastructure of the future for fitness, wellness, and healthcare businesses — and this role is at the centre of it.



The Senior AI Builder will work directly with the Founder & CEO to design, build, and iterate on the automations and AI agents that will power client operations, internal workflows, and eventually a proprietary platform.

This is not a theoretical or strategy-only role. The idóneo candidate writes real code, ships working agents, and takes pride in building things that hold up in production. They understand how a gym front desk works, how a med spa onboards a patient, and how a wellness business owner thinks — and they build AI infrastructure that reflects that operational reality.

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, this person will be a core builder and thinking partner as the company moves from VA placement agency to AI-augmented operations company.
