Sus responsabilidades se enmarcan dentro de la función de Soporte Técnico de Ventas, ya sea como generalista o abarcando una combinación de disciplinas. Por lo general, sus responsabilidades incluyen: recibir un nível moderado de instrucciones para el trabajo diario, así como instrucciones y orientación detalladas para nuevos proyectos o asignaciones. Normalmente, asume una responsabilidad más amplia y una mayor autonomía en la rendición de cuentas.
