We invite a confident and proactive Intermediate HR People Partner to join our HR team at Empresa confidencial. In this role, you’ll support end-to-end people processes, work closely with managers and contractors, ensure smooth and compliant HR operations, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

✅ Is that you?
- 2+ years of HR experience in a People Partner role
- Hands-on experience supporting the full contractor lifecycle
- Ability to own and run structured HR processes independently within defined frameworks




- Experience acting as the primary point of contact for contractors and managers
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain HR processes and adapt messaging to multicultural teams
- Intermediate+ English level
- Basic root cause thinking with the ability to identify issues and suggest practical solutions
- Emotional intelligence and maturity when handling sensitive people-related situations
- Attention to detail when working with documentation and data
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and curiosity to use AI tools to improve efficiency
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute to HR projects

Desirable:
- Experience in the IT industry, including understanding of common IT roles and processes

In this role, you'll support people processes throughout the entire contractor lifecycle and serve as the primary point of contact for 100+ contractors and managers in Latin America.
