You will own the end-to-end merchandising strategy across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, ensuring products are competitively positioned and consistently optimized for conversion and revenue growth. The position combines analytical decision-making with hands-on execution, requiring strong coordination across product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog management. You will lead a small team and build scalable workflows that improve speed-to-market, quality standards, and marketplace performance. Operating in a highly dynamic environment, you will directly influence sales outcomes, brand consistency, and customer experience across integral channels. Accountabilities:
- Continuously evaluate product competitiveness across marketplaces, analyzing pricing, shipping, promotions, and value positioning to ensure optimal conversion and margin protection.
- Own merchandising strategy across channels, making data-driven decisions on pricing, discounts, and promotional activities aligned with inventory and revenue goals.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans for listings, QA, parts, and content teams by creating structured tasks, tickets, and workflows.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart), identifying gaps in revenue, conversion, visibility, and operational efficiency.
