Location: On-site Barranquilla, Colombia Schedule: Monday to Saturday (availability between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM CST) What will you do?

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of daily operations: Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality Lead, coach, and support team members Monitor KPIs and productivity metrics, identifying improvement opportunities Manage performance, provide feedback, and implement action plans Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes Ensure compliance with company standards and policies What are we looking for?





13 years of experience in operations or team leadership roles Proven experience managing team performance Advanced English level (C1) required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail Why join us?
