Henderson Drake is supporting the expansion of a specialist One Stream consultancy that continues to grow its delivery capability across the Americas. As part of that growth, the business is looking to hire an experienced One Stream Solution Architect to lead solution design across enterprise planning and consolidation programmes.
This position is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex finance systems challenges, working closely with senior stakeholders, and shaping scalable One Stream environments that support long-term finance transformation objectives.
The firm is also investing heavily in how emerging AI capability can support modern EPM delivery, making this a strong opportunity for architects interested in where finance technology is evolving next.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and solution design across One Stream planning and consolidation engagements
- Translate finance, reporting, and operational requirements into scalable platform solutions
- Oversee configuration across metadata, workflows, dashboards, business rules, and reporting structures
- Guide integration design between One Stream and ERP or wider finance systems
- Support solution workshops, user enablement, and platform adoption activities
- Review existing environments and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
- Contribute to delivery standards and technical consistency across project teams
- Support the adoption of AI-driven and intelligent workflow capabilities within finance transformation programmes
Experience required
- 3+ years of hands‑on One Stream architecture or lead consultant experience
- Strong expertise across planning, consolidation, or both
- Experience designing enterprise‑scale One Stream solutions from discovery through deployment
- Comfortable operating in consulting and client‑facing delivery environments
- Strong communication skills across both finance and technical audiences
- Exposure to AI‑enabled finance processes or automation initiatives is beneficial
- One Stream Architect certification is advantageous
