Job Description

Support general Solutions team with data analytics and financial modeling.

Analyze client data to identify cost‑saving opportunities across service lines.

Build and maintain cost analysis models and reporting dashboards.

Perform deep‑dive analysis and data‑driven solutioning exercises.

Collaborate with sales, finance, and healthcare‑related teams.

Conduct tabletop assessments and evaluate client service structures.

Develop assumptions, validate data, and clarify information gaps.

Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheets for analysis.

Quickly learn new industries and adapt to high‑intensity, fast‑paced environments.

The Selected Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements





Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and financial models.

Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheets is a plus.

Ability to quickly learn new industries, especially healthcare (not mandatory).

Experience in consulting or similar environments (e.g., Deloitte, KPMG) preferred.

Capable of performing deep‑dive analysis and building data‑driven solutions.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with global teams.

Proactive in clarifying information, building assumptions, and solving problems.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, time‑intensive environment with high performance expectations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
