Colombia / United States on‑site.

A typical day as an Operations Analyst - Warehouse Logistics may include

- Managing the inbound and outbound inventory flow, receiving shipments from various locations across the United States and worldwide.
- Organizing inventory according to the instructions from the Maintenance and Hardware & Manufacturing teams.
- Preparing inventory entry and exit documents through formal records and technological platforms.
- Handling shipments to different destinations by packaging inventory and delivering it to logistics operators.
- Assisting visits from corporate leaders, auditors, and warehouse supervisors.
- Executing projects aimed at controlling inventory movement at a corporate level.

Requirements

- Technical or university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, or international trade.




- 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory control management and handling storage platforms (Excel and Google Suite).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience working in fast‑growing environments.
- Fluent English speaker and writer.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- U.S. visa or residency.
