We’re growing our Brokerage team and looking for Freight Brokers who want to build and grow their own book of business, with real support and long‑term stability.

What You’ll Do as a Freight Broker

- Find and close new customers through prospecting and networking.
- Negotiate good, profitable rates with carriers using GLT’s network and tools.
- Manage shipments end-to-end (quoting, sourcing capacity, tracking, and closing).
- Grow your accounts with simple strategies that increase volume and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience operating as a Freight Broker is required.




- Sales‑driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry and market dynamics,
- English level B2+ or higher (required).
