Job Summary

We are hiring a **Home Care Recruiter** responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring caregivers, nurses, and home health aides. This role manages the full recruitment cycle and ensures timely and compliant hiring to support home care operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Post and manage job openings on job boards and social media.
- Conduct phone and virtual screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Extend offers and support onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

**Requirements**:

- At least **1 year of professional work experience**.




- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Experience with **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)**.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**.
- **English level B2 or higher**.
- Must be able to work **on-site**.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting **caregivers, nurses, or home care personnel**.
