Butter Freight is looking for a driven, organized, and proactive LTL Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job, someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving transportation company and become a key part of the operation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Quoting, booking, and dispatching LTL shipments
- Working with carriers such as ABF, R+L, SEFL, SAIA, Estes, TForce, XPO, and others
- Managing pickups, deliveries, appointments, and tracking
- Handling freight classes, accessorials, variances, and shipment documentation
- Communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams
- Solving issues proactively and helping operations run smoothly

What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with LTL operations and carrier coordination
- Knowledge of freight classes, accessorials, and common LTL workflows

Experience with White Glove and ROC (Room of Choice)
