**What You'll Do**
- Design compelling gameplay systems, mechanics, progression loops, and player experiences.
- Create and maintain game design documentation, feature specifications, and balancing frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with artists, developers, producers, and stakeholders across multiple game projects.
- Prototype new gameplay concepts rapidly using AI-assisted workflows and modern development tools.
- Analyze player behavior, game metrics, and feedback to improve retention, engagement, and monetization strategies.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, balancing, world-building, and design iteration.
- Develop innovative approaches to procedural content generation and AI-driven gameplay experiences.
- Contribute to live operations, feature roadmaps, and ongoing game optimization efforts.
- Stay informed on emerging gaming trends, AI advancements, and industry best practices.

**What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in Game Design, Systems Design, Level Design, or a related role.




- Strong understanding of gameplay loops, player motivation, progression systems, and game economies.
- Experience working on shipped games across PC, console, mobile, or live-service environments.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities in a fully remote environment.
- Fluent English communication skills (B2 +)

- Experience using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.
- A genuine curiosity about how AI can improve game development.
- Comfort experimenting with new AI technologies and workflows.
