**About the role**

As Sr. Business Analyst you will make an impact by leading business analysis efforts across complex, cross-functional projects.

You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and transformation processes.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead Business Analysis Activities Drive requirements gathering and facilitate stakeholder workshops to define business needs.

- Bridge Between Business and Technology Serve as a liaison to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.

- Requirements Management Document and translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications.

- Solution Design Support Collaborate with technical teams to shape and validate integrated system designs.

- Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to manage expectations and ensure alignment.

**What you need to have to be considered**:

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
- 5+ years in process design and optimization.
- 3+ years in technology projects, including system integration.
- Business Analysis, Business Case Development, and Requirements Management (including user stories).
- Experience in system integration and interoperability across platforms, including ServiceNow ITSM.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and project management frameworks (PMPO).
- Metrics, reporting, and performance measurement capabilities.
- English: C1 and Spanish: C2
