**Job Title**: Spanish & English Customer Support Representative with IT Background

**Salary**: USD 500 to 700 per month

**Working Hours**: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM Colombia Time

**Job Overview**

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative based in Colombia with a **strong IT background** to support customers in Spanish and English. This role requires technical understanding, data handling, and financial awareness, along with proven CSR experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical and service-related support with a customer-focused approach
- Perform basic data analysis related to customer cases and reports
- Support financial and billing-related customer inquiries




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and service issues

**Mandatory Requirements**
- **IT background is mandatory (Computer Science or related major)**:

- Minimum **1 year of Customer Support or CSR experience**:

- Experience or knowledge in **data analysis**:

- Basic understanding of **financial or billing processes**:

- Native or fluent Spanish and basic working English
- Ability to work remotely and reliably during early morning hours
- Must be based in Colombia
