**Job Detail**

Our VA Readiness Trainer will lead the design, development, and delivery of our one-week, high-impact onboarding boot camp for all new hires across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring rapid and standardized integration of talent, accelerating time-to-productivity, and establishing foundational knowledge of company culture, processes, and tools. You will manage training logistics, materials and related assets, guaranteeing that every new VA we hire is job-ready upon program completion.

**General Responsibilities**
- Program Design and Curriculum Development: Strategically design, continuously refine, and update the one-week new hire boot camp curriculum to ensure alignment with current business goals and organizational needs.
- Content Standardization and Maintenance: Establish and maintain consistent, high-quality training materials (presentations, manuals, e-learning modules) used across all boot camp sessions for every functional role.




- Training Delivery and Facilitation: Directly facilitate core, high-level sessions and manage the schedule and logistics for all specialized training tracks within the intensive week.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Co-Founders and other Division Managers to integrate necessary compliance, culture, and operational topics into the training.
- Logistics and Resource Management: Oversee all logístical planning for the boot camp, including scheduling, venue booking (virtual or in-person), and allocation of necessary equipment and resources (e.g., access credentials).
- Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement knowledge checks and post-training assessments to measure the effectiveness of the boot camp and ensure all new hires achieve core readiness metrics.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular reports to Co-Founders and Recruiting team on onboarding completion rates, readiness metrics, and overall program feedback.
- Technology Integration: Manage and leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other relevant technologies to deliver hybrid or virtual boot camp components and track participation.
- Culture and Values Integration: Ensure the boot camp effectively introduces and instills the company's core values, mission, and culture from day one.
- Feedback Loop Implementation:



Establish a formal process for gathering new hire and manager feedback after the boot camp to identify gaps and drive continuous program improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, written and verbal (C1 level or higher), with excellent communication skills.
- **Extensive Training Program Management**: Proven experience (minimum 10 years) designing, scaling, and managing comprehensive, high-stakes, mandatory corporate training or onboarding programs.
- **Human Resources Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience working in any HR area, including talent management, training, recruitment, or organizational development.
- **Intensive Format Expertise**: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and facilitate "boot camp" or accelerated, highly structured training programs (e.g., one-week intensive schedules) for large groups of new hires.
- **Curriculum Design and Adult Learning**: Deep knowledge of instructional design principles (ADDIE or SAM) and adult learning theory, with the ability to translate complex corporate policies and technical information into engaging, practical training.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline), and virtual classroom platforms to deliver and track training effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
