We are looking for an **Executive Recruiter**to join our talent acquisition team. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top executive talent (C-level and senior leadership), partnering closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-impact hiring strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead **end-to-end recruitment processes for executive (C-level) and senior leadership roles**across multiple regions.
- Design and execute **targeted search strategies**(headhunting, market mapping, talent intelligence).
- Partner with **global leadership and stakeholders**to understand business needs and align hiring strategies.
- Act as a **trusted advisor**to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability,



and compensation benchmarks.
- Collaborate with a **global recruiting team**to support high-demand executive hiring initiatives.
- Track and maintain **accurate recruiting data, pipelines, and reports**.
- Represent the company in **strategic events, networking spaces, and executive talent forums**.Drive continuous improvement in executive recruitment practices and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- +4 years of experience in **Executive Search or C-Level recruitment**.
- Proven experience recruiting for **senior leadership roles (Directors, VPs, C-Level)**.
- **English level: B2+ (Intermediate-Advanced)**- required for integral stakeholder interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration**, or related fields.
