We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate **Bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Manager** to join our personal injury team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of their case, ensuring clear communication, efficient case progression, and exceptional client service. This is an On site position in Colombia. Our sites are located in Medellin, Barranquilla, Bogota, Bucaramanga, Cali, Armenia and Ibague.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main liaison between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients in both Spanish and English, providing updates and guidance.
- Open and manage personal injury claims from intake through settlement or litigation support.
- Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate medical treatment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Assist attorneys with case development, demand packages, and settlement negotiations.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm’s case management system.




- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely progression of all matters.
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and legal documents as needed.
- Provide empathetic, client-focused service to individuals experiencing injury and stress.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Spanish and English (required) - both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a U.S. personal injury law firm (required).
- Strong understanding of pre-litigation processes (litigation experience a plus).
- Familiarity with medical terminology and personal injury documentation.
- Experience with case management software (Filevine, Clio, Needles, SmartAdvocate).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Paralegal certification is a plus, but not required.
