We are looking for a Production Assistant.

**Required Skills**:
**-Strong Communication**:
**o Clear written as well as verbal communication**

**-Accuracy and Organization**:
**o Attention to detail and a high level accuracy with data entry o Ability to stay organized and able to juggle multiple requests and deadlines**

**-Proficient in Systems**

**o Strong knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.**

**o Knowledge of Oracle and PLM software is a plus**

**Responsibilities**:

- Review purchase order requests from the Production team to ensure all information and clear and understood
- Create line plans with accurate factory information and shipping terms to prepare for purchase order creation.
- Create and/or modify purchase orders in Blue Cherry with a high level of accuracy, prioritizing urgent styles as needed
- Set up trim codes and create purchase orders for trims in Oracle, a web-based enterprise resource planning system.
- Work with the time and action calendar to meet task deadlines
- Help with other data entry for special projects as needed
- Monitor receipt of bulk material and physical garment test report in WIP (review final inspections to see if included)




- Provide information needed for G-General team for Product Classifications
- Support the Site Merchandise team and communicate product classification information

**Support Design + PD on projects as needed.**
- Support Design + PD teams with Centric data management - update final style names, enter lab dip requests, entering costs and VIPS, update new dates from vendors into WIP tracker, aligning final data in Centric before PO placement.
- Help Design prepare seasonal fit decks and Line Plan Presentation documents
- Report End of Day activity to ensure team that members know the status of projects

**Salary: $1.300 USD / Monthly**

- Excel and Outlook: 1 year (required)
- Oracle and PLM software: 2 years (preferred)
