**Job Summary**:
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
1- Discover for each project a balance between the needs of the users, the business objectives of the clients and the passion for design.

2- Willingness to find and promote opportunities to solve internal and external design problems.

3- Implement Human-Centered Design strategies for the design of digital products and services, ranging from research to the proposal of concepts and solutions.

4- Identify, analyze and propose references of existing integral and/or local solutions or concepts, whether visual, interactive or technical, that are adaptable to the identified requirements.

5- Transform UX objectives into a set of attractive, user-friendly and accessible designs.

7- Use their knowledge of typography, color theory, hierarchy, Gestalt principles, and other design concepts to create pleasing, novel, unique, and dynamic graphical user interfaces.

8- Design, for each project, the necessary visual resources to be used, such as: layout systems, pictographic systems, images and illustrations, textures, etc.





9- Articulate design resources and systems to create efficient and attractive interfaces that allow data and information entry, visualization of recorded information and proper access to project functionalities.

10- Conceive and implement agile prototypes, physical or digital, low, medium or high level.

11- Create and maintain a library of standardized components to be used throughout the product(s) while maintaining a consistent look and feel.

12- Establish and execute the necessary activities and methodologies for the definition and planning of the interaction between the user and the digital product through design and prototyping tools.

13- Develop all the functions of the position with a focus on efficiency and quality, framed within the agile methodologies of project implementation.

14- Provide accurate and relevant feedback to the processes, activities and deliverables developed by teammates as an improvement strategy to ensure the success of the projects.

15- Provide a critical and analytical view of the areas for improvement of the procedures and methodologies used within the process carried out in the projects.
