**The role**

We’re building a brand-new Americas **SDR team in Bogotá**, and hiring **multiple Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)**.

You’ll be joining **Ideals Board**, our fast-growing SaaS platform, as we embark on an ambitious mission to replicate the general success of Ideals VDR. Backed by the same proven leadership, support, and go-to-market playbook, you’ll drive on driving **new customer adoption across North America** — with a focus on Finance, Healthcare, Education, and Non-profits, among other sectors where secure board collaboration is critical.

**What you will do**:

- Conduct outbound prospecting via outreach and cold calls to accounts across North America
- Research target personas to deliver an impactful initial contact
- Book qualified product demos for our Account Executives
- Engage prospects consistently through CRM, building long-term rapport
- Contribute insights that shape our sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot

**What you bring**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales with exposure to North America markets
- Strong business communication skills in English - verbal and written
- Professional objection-handling skills, building rapport, and passing gatekeepers
- Tenacity, adaptability, and a hunger to grow fast
- Fast learning ability and tech-savvy with CRMs and sales tools

**Nice to have**:

- Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry

- One-way video interview (up to 15 minutes)
- Recruiter interview (up to 75 mins)
- Hiring Manager interview & role play (60 mins)
