**What You’ll Do**:




- Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of programmatic media campaigns- Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships- Monitor campaign performance and deliver data-backed optimizations- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable success- Share insights, mentor new talent, and contribute to our innovation culture

**What We’re Looking For**:
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic media or digital advertising- Bilingual in English and Spanish- Deep understanding of programmatic platforms and advanced campaign strategies- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills- Passion for advertising tech and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
