**What You'll Do**
- Own and manage product initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, user pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market validation to support product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and deliver high-quality solutions.

**What We're Looking For**

**Required Qualifications**




- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Project Management, or a related role.
- Experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Professional-level English communication skills (B2 +).

- Actively uses AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Understands how AI can enhance product development, user experiences, and business operations.
- Is curious, adaptable, and excited about emerging technologies.
