**Responsibilities**:
Communication with New and Post-Sales Clients:
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Assist clients with their documentation and program requirements related to their purchase process.
- Resolve issues promptly, maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
- Appointment Management and Follow-up
Excel and Google Products:
- Use Excel to create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and customer databases.
- Work with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive to store and organize documents and data.
- Track and report on key metrics for data analysis using Excel and Google tools.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including office management, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferably a bachelor's degree or higher).
Previous experience in remote work and sales, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is an asset, but not required.
Work conditions:
Monday to Saturday schedule; overtime or Sunday availability may be required depending on company needs.
