**What will you do in this role?**
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls to schedule appointments with Realtors or lenders.
- Use predefined scripts and effective lead-conversion strategies.
- Record and update all information in our CRM system.
- Provide professional follow-up with leads until the sale is closed.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Support the optimization of business and operational processes.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Clear, persuasive, and confident communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and set high-quality appointments.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and disciplined attitude.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and resilience to rejection.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma required.
- Technical or university studies in sales, marketing, or business administration are preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service,



or telemarketing.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and tools such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- English level B2 or higher is mandatory.

**Desirable Knowledge**
- Persuasion and appointment-setting techniques.
- Lead conversion strategies.
- Organized and accurate handling of commercial information.

**Compensation and Benefits**

**Base Monthly Salary**:
**Additional Bonuses**:

- Reimbursement bonus of up to **$75 USD** for social security or health plan.
- Bonuses for achieving goals and record performance.
- Seniority bonus with additional paid days each year.

**Work Modality and Schedule**
- 100% remote.
- Colombia time**:Monday to Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.**, with one Saturday off every 15 days.
- **During the U.S. winter season, the schedule adjusts to 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Colombia time).**:

- Minimum required connection of 8 hours per day.

**Professional Growth**
- 1-year freelance contract with renewal potential.
- Continuous training and development opportunities.

**Training**
- 15-day training program.
- Daily training compensation**:$15 USD**.
