Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for configuration management, status monitoring, and scheduled inspections of critical equipment—including servers and network switches—in the data center infrastructure to ensure high system availability。
- Address customer issues arising from cloud platform usage and support their business activities.
- Perform end-to-end operations and maintenance (O&M;) of the Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack platform to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement proactive optimizations.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive O&M; reports on system status, resource utilization, and operational metrics on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to support stable and efficient cloud service delivery.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related major, with over 2 years of work experience in cloud service technology.




- Proficiency in English as a working language.
- In-depth understanding of the Linux system; proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, mysql, and Python is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IDC, network, storage, DNS, etc.; experience in system or network security is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud computing-related technologies; candidates with technical support experience at relevant cloud computing vendors or overseas work experience are preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, good at making improvements and summaries, and strong learning ability as well as document writing skills.
- Ability to quickly analyze and solve problems, good technical sensitivity and risk identification ability, proactive thinking, and strong self-motivation.
