Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate communication, documentation,



and task management across teams.
- Ensure backlog, tickets, and release plans remain current and actionable.
- Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues early.
- Provide risk assessments and trade-off scenarios to guide leadership decisions.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with product, engineering, QA, and external stakeholders.
- Deliver reports, dashboards, and updates tailored to technical and business audiences.
- Financial Management
- Track and report project financials, including revenue, costs, and margins.
- Support invoicing accuracy and ensure alignment with delivery milestones.
- Monitor financial health of projects and recommend corrective actions where needed.
