Brief Overview
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience to work on our cloud-based health care solution. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, building, and maintaining back-end Java services, guiding the technical direction, and mentoring a team of engineers. You will drive architectural decisions and ensure the scalability, security, and high-quality delivery of solutions. Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of server‑side applications. Architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs. Drive the technical direction of the team, ensuring high‑quality solutions are delivered.
- Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards. Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and technical excellence within the team.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability,



and maintainability, ensuring they are robust and efficient under load.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, estimate efforts, and influence system architecture decisions. Collaborate to build intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces.
- Implement and drive best practices for observability, monitoring, and synthetic testing. Continuously improve systems, processes, and technologies.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality, scalable products and solutions.
- Work under minimal supervision; will be provided with assignments and objectives and given wide latitude for independent judgment.
