Role Overview
The Associate Director, Healthcare Solutions is responsible for defining and driving the regional Healthcare Solutions strategy across Latin America, positioning integrated services and solutions as a key lever for value creation, market expansion, and long‑term growth for Boston Scientific LATAM.




Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing LATAM , this role acts as a strategic partner to regional executive leadership . Under the direct influence of this position, countries are expected to adopt and embed Healthcare Solutions into their commercial plans, making strong collaboration and influence with Country Directors and Commercial or Business Unit Leaders essential to success.
This role plays a central part in regional leadership discussions, ensuring Healthcare Solutions are fully integrated into go‑to‑market and growth strategies across LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the regional Healthcare Solutions strategy , aligned with LATAM priorities and business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the VP of Marketing LATAM , influencing portfolio direction and growth decisions.
