Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance backend services using Golang.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and software delivery.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions,



and system architecture decisions.
- Drive improvements in development processes, tooling, and automation.

Must-have Skills
- Professional software engineering experience.
- 10+ years of experience developing applications with Golang .
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript for backend or frontend applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience with Node.js or Kotlin .
- Database experience with DynamoDB , MySQL , or BigTable .
- Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
- Experience with Docker and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
