As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking an experienced SDR/BDR Manager to lead our sales development and business development teams in driving our growth initiatives.

**Job Summary**: The SDR/BDR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role involves strategic leadership and hands-on management to ensure our teams are effectively generating and nurturing leads to support our sales objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of SDRs and BDRs across multiple product lines and markets.
- Develop and implement strategies for outbound and inbound lead generation, including tools and processes to increase efficiency and output.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align the lead generation strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using insights to optimize team workflows and strategies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of team members to maintain high standards of excellence.




- Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and enthusiasm within the team.
- Ensure CRM systems are effectively utilized for maximum efficiency and visibility into lead management processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading sales development teams in a B2B environment, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics, including outbound/inbound lead generation.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
