We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager & Office Manager to become a strategic leader
within our Colombia office and work directly with executive leadership in the United States.
This is not a traditional management role. We are seeking someone proactive, hands-on, highly
organized, and fully committed to helping take the company to the next level.

Position: Operations Manager & Office Manager
Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
Schedule: Full-Time
**Job Summary**
As the Operations Manager & Office Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of
our Colombia office, ensuring all teams and business functions operate in an organized, productive, and
efficient manner.
You will lead and develop a team of approximately 15 employees and growing, with expansion plans as
the company continues to scale.
You will serve as a key bridge between our Colombia office and executive leadership in the United
States, ensuring alignment with company goals, operational standards, and business priorities.
This role requires someone who stays on top of everything, anticipates issues before they happen,
maintains urgency, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example with a strong hands-on
mentality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office and operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 15 employees and growing.
- Create and maintain a positive, highly engaged, and high-performance work culture.
- Ensure teams remain motivated, aligned, and focused on company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and support cross-functional activities involving different departments across the
organization.
- Drive accountability and maintain strong performance standards across teams.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics and prepare reports for executive leadership in the United States.
- Present operational updates, performance reports, and business insights to senior leadership.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical, efficient solutions.
- Improve internal processes and continuously seek operational efficiencies.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and internal standards are consistently followed.
- Coordinate priorities and communication between local teams and U.S. leadership.
- Track projects, deadlines, deliverables, and company priorities.
- Partner closely with Human Resources to support recruiting initiatives, hiring efforts, onboarding, and
workforce planning.
- Participate in interviews, hiring decisions, and team-building initiatives to support organizational
growth.
- Handle high-pressure situations while maintaining focus, urgency, and organization.
- Act as a hands-on leader willing to step in whenever necessary to ensure execution and results.

**Qualifications**
**Required**:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
- Proven experience managing personnel and daily operations.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Experience working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset.
**Preferred / Plus**:
- U.S. Visa (preferred but not required).
- Experience working with U.S.based companies.
- Experience supporting multiple departments simultaneously.
- Experience in staffing and recruitment operations is a plus.
- Experience in logistics or service industries is a plus.
- Experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) is a plus.
