**Discover the Role**
- In this role, as our next Payroll Supervisor you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). You will act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships, driving high customer satisfaction (CSAT), and proactively mitigating attrition risks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- End-to-end management of a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring operational continuity and SLA compliance
- Lead client relationships, driving high satisfaction (CSAT) and mitigating attrition risks
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies aimed at improving service margins
- Oversee the proper execution of HR & Payroll processes, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance
- Coordinate internal teams (operations, compliance, billing)



to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans in response to deviations

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Administrative, Financial, or related fields
- Relevant experience in client management and HR & Payroll / BPO operations
- Strong ability to manage relationships with strategic clients
- Knowledge of labor compliance and payroll processes
- Analytical skills for KPI management, efficiency, and margin optimization
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Intermediate to advanced English level
