**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and cost breakdowns based on plans, specifications, and project scope.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members
- Track project budgets and monitor cost performance
- Review drawings, RFIs, and change orders
- Assist with bid preparation and proposal submissions
- Maintain organized documentation for all projects
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience in construction estimating or project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Experience reviewing construction plans and performing takeoffs




- Proficiency with estimating or project management software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with U.S. construction projects
- Background in general contracting or commercial construction
- Familiarity with subcontractor bid solicitation and comparison
