**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the next generation of Five9's modern SaaS platform, providing businesses the ability to improve customer service through the power of AI in the Contact Center.
- You will play a critical role in developing a highly available, highly-scalable and reliable infrastructure for microservices with a primary focus on developing Identity and Access management system capable of handling OAuth, Security tokens, Identity of Five9 customers, partners and citizen developers.
- Dive deep into the software stack to troubleshoot and provide production support as needed.
- Work with a team of peers, share a passion for what they're creating and pull your own weight.
**Skills Required**:
- You are an expert in API/Java/Spring Security, Web-Auth, SSO, SAML, OAuth, Federation, IDP & CICP with 7+ years of related experience.
- Experience in scaling and performance tuning of database queries and microservices
- Experience with Okta IAM, Ping Identity is a plus
- Experience with distributed database systems like cockroach db, cassandra
- Nice to have working experience with one of the major public cloud platforms, preferably GCP. Dive deep into the software stack to troubleshoot and provide production support as needed.
