**What We Do**

We support the construction and trades industries by delivering precise estimates, clear proposals, and smooth administrative operations. Our team is small but growing, and we're looking for someone who thrives on details, enjoys learning how things work, and can help keep our operation running efficiently behind the scenes.

**About the Role**

You'll work closely with our estimating and project teams to support daily operations. From reviewing blueprints and mechanical drawings to drafting proposals and logging expenses, your contributions will directly impact our productivity and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Read and understand blueprints, mechanical plans, and architectural drawings
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and takeoffs (we'll train you)




- Draft and format professional proposals
- Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Log invoices and transactions using QuickBooks
- Help keep project timelines and documents organized
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients as needed

**What We're Looking For**
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn technical material
- Comfortable reading 2D drawings and understanding how things are built
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in English; clear written communication is essential
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus (or willing to learn)
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Prior construction, architectural, or mechanical experience is a major plus
