Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Analysis:
- Provide financial analysis.- Assess and monitor supply chain performance and financial results, including - Overheads (FOH & SCOH) and CAPEX.- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future supply chain costs and performance.- Drive financial insights related to Overheads (FOH & SCOH) and CAPEX.

2. Cost Optimization:
- Work with the supply chain team to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and efficiency gains.- Evaluate potential risks and challenges to the supply chain, providing proactive solutions to mitigate financial impacts.

3. Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a key finance partner for the supply chain function, collaborating with manufacture, logistics, and operations teams.- Support business partners in cost-saving initiatives, capital expenditures,



and performance reporting.- Present financial performance and key insights to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

4. Financial Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to supply chain performance, identifying variances and trends.- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational goals.

5. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure that all supply chain finance activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, preferably within the FMCG industry, but other relevant industry experience will be considered.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.- Proven experience with SAP system.- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques.- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
