We're looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and own the East Coast territory. This is a dynamic, client-facing role combining account management, sales development, and partnership enablement.
What You'll Do:
Client Management:
Be the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our suite of services
Ensure timely renewals and long-term client retention
Sales Development & Growth:
Act as the Sales Development Representative (SDR) for inbound and outbound leads on the East Coast
Qualify, nurture, and convert prospects into happy customers
Collaborate with leadership to execute targeted growth strategies
Partnership Management:
Own and grow several strategic channel and referral partnerships
Drive lead flow and co-marketing activities with key partners
Ensure mutual value and alignment in partner relationships
What We’re Looking For:
Based on the East Coast of the US (required)
2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales role — ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/compliance
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or compliance frameworks is a plus
