We are a growing US immigration law firm helping individuals and families navigate the immigration system through family petitions, adjustment of status, citizenship, work permits, asylum, and removal defense cases.
We are hiring a bilingual sales consultant to handle scheduled consultations with prospective clients, guide them through their options, and help them confidently move forward with legal representation.
This is a consultative sales role, not cold calling.
Compensation
- Performance bonuses: up to USD $525/month.
- Top performers can exceed USD $1,400/month.
- Paid monthly in USD.
What This Role Looks Like
- Warm inbound consultations only.
- Leads generated through Meta advertising and booked before reaching the sales team.
- Most clients are Spanish-speaking.
- Typical consultations involve family-based immigration, work permits, citizenship, asylum, VAWA, and related immigration matters.
- Average case values typically range between USD $4,000–$8,000 depending on case type.
- Payment plans are available for qualified clients.
- This role is adecuado for someone who is confident in consultative sales conversations, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable discussing pricing and collecting payments professionally.
What You Will Do
- Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective immigration clients.
- Understand the client’s situation and identify the appropriate legal solution.
- Explain the firm’s process, value, and representation clearly.
- Handle common objections related to pricing, timing, or family decision-making.
- Collect down payments during the consultation when appropriate.
- Follow up with stalled or undecided prospects.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline tracking.
- Consistently hit monthly performance goals.

Requirements
- 2+ years of consultative sales or intake experience.
- Experience in immigration law, legal intake, debt relief, tax resolution, personal injury intake, or other high-trust service sales.
- Native or near-native Spanish.
- English level B2+ for internal communication.
- Experience handling objections and closing service-based sales.
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
Preferred
- Prior experience with a US immigration law firm.
- Familiarity with immigration case types such as I-130, I-485, I-589, N-400, VAWA, U-Visa, EAD, or removal defense.
- Experience processing payments over the phone.
