**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Advanced skill in Atlassian Confluence for technical document creation and update.**:
- **Write well-designed, efficient code and ensure design follows standard specifications provided.**:
- **Experienced in ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management processes.**:
- **Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a core team.**:
- **Strong ability to initiate and manage production support calls and coordinate with stakeholders in the call.**:
- **Good experience with databases: Oracle/MSSQL DB.**:
- **Quick adaptability to new technologies and tools.**:
- **Must have skills related to production support and deployment activities.**:
- **Exposure to deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and other CI/CD tools.**:
- **Adaptable working in shift hours if required during P1/P2 incidents.**:
- **Good to have experience with Agile methodologies; Jira is a big plus.
