Additionally, you will learn how to use our conversation platform. After this training, you will receive a certificate and gain access to our community of teachers from Brazil and around the world!

This process will prepare you to become a **Fluency Talks Conversation Teacher for Spanish Speakers!**

If you accept this challenge, you will have the opportunity to become a **Fluency Talks Teacher.** Your main activity will be to conduct classes with direct interaction with **Spanish speakers students**, assisting in their development during the course, clarifying doubts, and improving fluency. All of this in a new and entirely online learning environment!

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Having native or advanced level of Spanish is mandatory.
- Teach basic, intermediate, and advanced language skills, including reading, writing, and conversation.




- Conduct classes efficiently using our methodology according to the lesson content.
- Study and review the support materials prior to the classes to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson.
- Participate in monthly meetings for agenda discussions, project development, student feedback, and content.
- Evaluate and map the student's development/progress with the help of available tools.
- Manage interpersonal dynamics to ensure the class is conducive to learning.
- Ensure that your equipment (computer, camera, headset, and microphone) is in good working condition.

**Requirements and qualifications**:

- Possess fluent proficiency in English.
- Having native or advanced level of Spanish is mandatory.
- A degree in the field is desirable.
- Availability for a weekly schedule.
- Possess equipment (computer, webcam, headset, and microphone) in good working condition.

**Job Type: Contract**

**Pay: Up to $6.00 per hour**

**Expected hours: 30 per week**
