- Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff.
- Offer management guidance and recommend strategic directions based on established policy.
- Ensure personnel possess appropriate skills and behaviors; effectively communicate performance results.
- Recommend policy changes and implementations.
- Perform strategic planning, financial planning, administration, and department management.





All About You/Experience
- Business or Finance Major
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data analytics into actionable business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management expertise, highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results
- Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding skills are advantageous
- Understanding of risk management disciplines
