**Description**:
- Serve as the first and primary point of contact for customers, clients, and guests.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding processes, logistics, and general inquiries.
- Support the overall in‑house customer experience, including daily customer service operations, training center experience, and reception activities.
- Ensure customer service delivery standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Perform assignments that are generally similar in nature and moderately complex, with limited instruction or supervision.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Vocational or technical education in a relevant field.
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- Experience working on routine or moderately complex assignments with limited guidance.
