**Job Description: Modern Language Professional (Primary School Program)About the Role**

As a Modern Language Professional at **Wise Learning System**, you won't just teach a language; you will act as a bridge to global opportunities for children in our community. You will be responsible for delivering a high-impact English program for primary school students, ensuring that learning is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the **Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Program Delivery**: Lead and execute dynamic English lessons tailored for primary school children, fostering a natural and communicative environment.
- **Creative Autonomy**: Design and adapt resourceful teaching materials that meet CEFR standards while addressing the specific needs of the students.
- **Social Impact**: Support our Corporate Social Responsibility goals by acting as a mentor and role model, promoting values of integral citizenship and personal growth.
- **Proactive Management**: Work with mínimal supervision,



demonstrating high levels of professionalism, punctuality, and organizational skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Certification**: B2 level or higher (CEFR) in English.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in delivering complementary educational programs. Experience with social impact organizations such as **YMCA, Colsubsídio, or Compensar** is highly valued.
- **Location**: Ideally residing in or near the **Juan Mina area** (Barranquilla) to ensure proximity and community integration.
- **Soft Skills**: We are looking for charismatic, resourceful, and creative educators who can inspire young learners.
