Reclatam is hiring a **part-time Intake Coordinator** for a growing law firm. This is a remote position offering 20 hours per week to start, with the possibility of full-time employment after 90 days based on performance and business needs.

**Key Requirements**:

- ** Previous experience using Lead Docket** is required
- Experience with **Clio** is preferred
- ** Bilingual** in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Prior **intake experience** at a law firm is required (personal injury experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- A **positive, energetic, and friendly personality**, comfortable speaking with new and potential clients
