**What Will You Do?**
This position is based in a back-office environment, with no direct interaction with customers. Instead, the focus is on continuous improvement of internal processes, contributing strategically to operational excellence through a collaborative and analytical approach.

**Who Are You?**
You have a High School diploma.
Yo have 2+ years of customer service experience. Tier 2, floor support and backoffice experience is desirable
You are fluent in English (B2+) both written and verbal.
